Installation to strengthen the internet connection



The monastery of Kokoubou was founded by the Abbey of Bellefontaine (France) in 1972. It became a priory in 1985 and elected its first Beninese prior in 2014. The community comprises around fifteen brothers. They grow yams, maize, soya and peanuts. They rear poultry and sell jam and cottage cheese. For some years now, the brothers have been investing in phytotherapy: moringa powder, néré bark, shea butter, ointment made from propolis (the monastery's beekeeping).


Project

Project to strengthen internet connection with the aim for the community as well as the students of being able to follow certain courses at a distance.


Requested amount: 1,650 euros.
